Please read this page thoroughly and contact me with any questions.
By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.

Pricing & Payment

  • The pricing page lists the base prices in USD; these prices are subject to change based on complexity of the commission.

  • Rush orders are available with extra charge, and will bump your commission to the front of my queue.

  • Payment is required in full after approving the sketch. Payment is handled via PayPal; a PayPal invoice can be issued upon request.

  • Payment is non-refundable. The only exception is if I cancel the commission.

Commission Process

  • The commission process timeline varies based on demand and size of order.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.

  • Editing an existing emote (editing or animation) requires permission from the original artist.

My commission workflow is as follows:

  1. Prepare descriptions and references for what you want for the commission before reaching out. This will speed up the process tremendously and let me get started as soon as possible.

  2. Contact me about the commission. After agreeing on the content and price, you’ll be placed in my queue. I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.

  3. I will then work on a sketch to send to you for approval. Small revisions can be made at this stage. Please note that any major changes made after sketch approval might incur an additional fee.

  4. Once you have approved the sketch, payment must be made in full. I will continue with line work and color after receiving the payment.

  5. Final artwork will be delivered as soon as it’s complete. For emotes or badges, the delivery will include files for all resolutions needed to upload to Twitch. Please let me know ahead of time if you’re using them for a different platform.

Licensing

  • Artwork commissioned are for intended use (e.g. custom emotes on Twitch) or personal use (e.g. profile picture) only. Contact me for commercial licensing if you want to use the artwork on any forms of merchandise.

Sharing

  • I post commissions (and work-in-progress images) on my social media and portfolio. If you prefer to keep the artwork private, or wait to reveal it at a certain time, please state so when placing your order.
